There’s nothing better than a nice, long sleep. Perhaps not a koala-worthy snooze of 22 hours, but long enough so that you wake up naturally, without an alarm.
Is there really anything you can do to be happy in your sleep? Well, it turns out there is. The most important thing is to be careful about what you’re thinking, just as you go off to sleep. Think relaxing, uplifting thoughts, while being as calm as possible.
Whatever you do, don’t think about bad things, like the exam you’ve got tomorrow, or that time you made a fool of yourself in front of your friends. Keep it nice and positive.
And, just in case you do have a nightmare and wake up, keep your favourite teddy nearby for a quick snuggle. Smile more in your sleep, for some really sweet dreams!
