We all waste time worrying about things that might never happen. Those nagging ‘what if’ fears that creep into our thoughts, "What if this happens?", or “What if that happens?” These thoughts can really stress you out.
The thing is though, what if ‘it’ doesn’t happen? Now, you’ve wasted all that precious time worrying about nothing, when you could have been living carefree and easy!
So next time you’re worried about something, instead of thinking ‘what if’, flip things around in your favour and ask yourself, “What if it doesn’t happen?”
