It’s easy to find yourself stuck in a rut. Whether you’re stressed about something, upset or just plain bored, sometimes it’s hard to get up and go.
When you feel like this it’s important to remember the simple things in life. Get moving and go for a walk. In the countryside, by the sea or even in the city – just start stepping.
Walking is great exercise, a chance to breathe in the fresh air and clear you head. Marvel at the beauty of things around you and soak up some vitamin D for good measure.
